Nowadays, professional freight forwarders have begun to develop into professional and high efficiency.
The operation process of full container export is as follows：
1、Acceptance Of Commission
After receiving the consigner's entrustment, the following aspects should be confirmed, including the record of the unit in the Customs at the place of export (annual review); whether the customs declaration documents are complete (the complete set of customs declaration documents include entrustment declaration agreement, export goods declaration form, packing list, invoice, contract, export foreign exchange verification and sales list and various documents involved in customs supervision conditions); Whether all kinds of certificates required in the customs supervision conditions are complete; what kind of container the goods are equipped with; whether there are special requirements, etc.
2、Booking Space
According to the requirements of the consignor's letter of consignment, confirm with the shipping company the shipping space (obtain the name of the ship, voyage number, bill of lading number) packing point, time and place of assembly. The shipping company or the shipping agent shall prepare the loading list, pre allocation list, pre distribution ship plan and cargo manifest according to the reserved space and stowage, and send them to the wharf for receiving and loading.
3、Container Port
The freight forwarder shall collect the container equipment delivery form from the shipping company or the shipping agent, and collect the empty containers at the designated yard. After the freight forwarder arrives at the consignor's storage place for packing (or the consignor delivers the goods to the forwarder's warehouse for packing), the freight forwarder shall deliver the container goods together with the container packing list and the equipment handover list to the wharf. The terminal shall send the loading list and container packing list provided by the shipping company or shipping agent to the Customs for supervision of loading.
4、Declare At Customs
After receiving the goods at the wharf, the loading position shall be allocated according to the pre allocation ship diagram and pre allocation list, and the loading sequence of single leg ship shall be prepared. The first mate shall receive the goods according to the loading list and issue the station receipt after loading. After loading, the receipt from the terminal shall be delivered to the shipping company or shipping agent. According to the actual loading situation, the wharf shall draw the actual loading diagram and submit it to the shipping company or shipping agent. The shipping company or the shipping agent shall deliver the actual loaded ship plan, manifest, freight manifest, copy of bill of lading and copy of container packing list to the ship for delivery to the unloading port.
The case must enter the port before customs declaration. After the case is completed, it shall be submitted to the customs broker for customs declaration according to the customs declaration information provided by the customer and the original warehouse distribution receipt.
After the Customs checks the shipment, the customs shall stamp on the loading list and return the copies of the loading list and station receipt to the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder shall deliver the loading list and station receipt to the loading room at the wharf. The wharf will release the cargo according to the receipt of the container entering the port and the customs clearance.
5、Making bill of lading
Confirm B / L with customer 1-2 days before shipment.
The bill of lading shall be made according to the relevant contents of the shipping manifest and the ocean order, and the formal bill of lading shall be made after the contents of the bill of lading are faxed to the consignor for confirmation.
MB / L shipping company's bill of lading (sea bill) Hb / L agent's bill of lading in foreign countries, you can go to the agency to change the bill.
6、Sending bill of lading and cancellation of tax refund documents
After confirming that the goods have been loaded and shipped, the full set of bills of lading should be sent to the consignor as soon as possible so that the consignor can have sufficient time to handle the settlement of foreign exchange.
The shipping company or shipping agent shall issue the bill of lading to the freight forwarder on the basis of the station receipt. The forwarder shall deliver the bill of lading to the consignor. The shipping company or shipping agent shall send the manifest to customs. The customs shall check the invoice, tax refund form and other documents to the freight forwarder according to the loading manifest. The freight forwarder shall take the tax refund form and foreign exchange verification form and send it to the entrusting unit.
